Here we are, the Right Thing Films team.

Warren Nettleford founded Right Thing Films in early 2016. As a national television presenter and reporter he’s worked for ITV News, fronted the biggest news bulletins on Channel 5, reported across the UK and Europe for the BBC and worked on several programmes and documentaries in Europe and the United States. He began his career at Channel 4 News.

Warren may be busy but he finds time to support Arsenal whilst dreaming of being a contestant on quiz show The Chase.

Creative Direction / Motion Design

As Anton can speak six languages fluently he’s more than qualified to be a spy. We’re just happy that he makes our graphics look so good though.

His versatility means he’s worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including World Disney Italia, Intesa Sanpaolo, MSNBC Italia, Vodafone and David LaChapel.

Anton has been awarded the D&AD Yellow Pencil in Advertising & Environmental Design.

Producer / Director

Luke is an award winning filmmaker with over ten years of industry experience. After studying law at Lancaster University Luke went on to complete a Masters degree at Arts Educational Schools London before moving into filmmaking.

Luke has extensive experience of directing shorts, branded content, commercials, music promos and documentaries across a number of platforms. He’s worked for brands including Sky Sports, Movember, Universal Music, Sony and Getty Images.

His first short ‘A Good Book Has No Ending’ won ‘Best Directing in a Short’ award at Portsmouth International Film Festival.

Maximilian Jarrett

Consultant Executive Producer

Maximilian has more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of strategic communications. He recently worked closely with Nobel Laureate and former UN Secretary- General Kofi Annan as the last Director of the Africa Progress Panel in Geneva.

His broadcasting career began at the BBC World Service where he worked as a senior producer and presenter – often making use of his ability to speak 4 languages (Dutch, English, French and German) and numerous African creoles.

His nearly two decades as an executive office speechwriter, intergovernmental high level events organiser and policy co-ordinator for the United Nations means he has an unrivalled contacts book, possibly.

Tight scripting and clarity of thought is essential to all the films we make. Thankfully we have Jehangir to make that happen.

Jehangir is a solicitor and human rights lawyer who has worked in various organisations for individual victims of rights violations. He started out writing and directing campaign videos and also has an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia.

When he’s not working on scripts at Right Thing Films Jehangir is busy writing his first novel, set in the post 9/11 world of counter-terrorism and human rights.

Liam Goddard

Non Executive Director

Liam’s career began in consultancy before moving into venture capital where he discovered his true passion of helping companies to grow. He’s worked with start-ups, companies valued at over $100 million, and, billion dollar multi-nationals.

Liam holds a MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and began his career at Accenture. He moved into Private Equity over a decade ago, working first for 3i plc, then for Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts. He currently works for Agilitas Private Equity.

Liam also used to be a mildly competent magician, but he isn’t anymore.
